DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
At ATL CLINIC we are always as accommodating as possible to assist our clients, however, due to the popularity of the treatment we offer and being a small business, we have a formal Deposit and Cancellation Policy.
A deposit will be taken when booking any treatment.
This will be deducted from your final bill.
Deposits for consultations will be refunded if no treatment is required or due to medical grounds - otherwise, all deposits are non-refundable.
We require a 48 hour to reschedule an appointment.
We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment, without causing an issue for our current or future bookings, we will always try to do so.
